Employment within the CSS takes place under competition according to Government Decision no. 201 of 11.03.2009 on the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 on the public position and status of civil servant.
General conditions for occupancy of public vacancies in the civil status service:
- be citizen of the Republic of Moldova with permanent residence in the Republic;
- Fluent Romanian language written and spoken required;
- be at least 18 years old;
- have full legal capacity;
- be in an appropriate health condition corresponding to public position for which the applicant tries for;
- have no convictions on committing an act against humanity, against the State or against authority, service or related to service, which prevents the realization of justice, forgery or corruption or intentional offenses, which would be make them incompatible with the performance of public positions, except where rehabilitation has occurred;
- have not been ever dismissed from public position or the individual employment contract has not ceased for disciplinary reasons in the last 7 years.
Conditions for participation in the competition for occupancy of public positions of execution and management are:
- be citizen of the Republic;
- know state language and official language of interethnic communication spoken in the territory within the limits established by the law;
- have full legal capacity;
- do not reach the necessary age for obtaining the right to retirement pension;
- be able in terms of health state to perform public function according to a medical certificate issued by the competent medical institution, if for that function special health requirements are established;
- have appropriate education provided for respective public position;
- meet specific requirements for occupancy of certain public functions, including the candidate does hold citizenship of another state if she/he is applying for a position that provides access to state secrets;
- have no criminal record for offenses committed intentionally;
- be not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to practice certain activity as basic or complementary punishment, as consequence of a final court judgment that ordered this ban.
Applicants personally submit the following necessary documents for participation in the competition:
· registration application form (to be obtained from institution’s website or at the headquarters) to which the following documents for the drawing up of the completion file shall be attached:
· certified copy of identity card or one accompanied by the original;
· certified copy of the employment record or one accompanied by the original;
· certified copy of the higher education diploma or one accompanied by the original;
· copies of graduation certificates and professional development or specialization courses;
· CV (which must include: applicant’s name and surname, age, address, contact details, institutions and held functions until the moment of submission of the documents, other skills);
· military record documents;
· two 3x4 photos;
· certified copies of other diplomas and certificates attesting the applicant’s preparation (if relevant for occupancy of the vacancy) or these accompanied by the original.
Note! All documents shall be prepared and submitted in Romanian. Documents drawn up in a foreign language, which are not accompanied by a certified translation into Romanian, shall not be considered.
